A tattoo artist, he runs RamOne Tattoo, a private studio by appointment in Chaponost, near Lyon. He designs needlz: every screen starts from what a studio needs between two sessions. He also uses the app to manage RamOne Tattoo.

He builds needlz: the app, its website, its mini-sites and everything that runs them.
What needlz does
- A calendar set to the studio’s hours: sessions, consultations, personal appointments.
- One record per client: projects, past sessions, consent forms, photos. Import from the phone’s contacts or another software.
- Deposits: a Stripe payment link sent by text, with no needlz commission (only Stripe’s fees), or payment at the studio.
- Consent forms, filled in and signed by the client on their phone before the session, archived encrypted.
- Ink traceability: the label scanned, the batch and expiry date linked to sessions.
- Till and bookkeeping: income, expenses, the month’s result, a cash journal.
- A mini-site in the studio’s name: gallery, aftercare, FAQ, a « My project » form and gift cards.
- Messages: confirmation, reminder the day before, follow-ups, text campaigns and mailings.
What needlz does not do
- No self-service online booking: the client describes their project on the mini-site, the studio answers and sends the deposit.
- Texts are not sent from a server: needlz tells the artist and prepares the message, which leaves from their own phone, with their number.
- No commission on deposits or gift cards: the money goes to the studio’s Stripe account.
