What happens after the trial?
You choose the monthly or yearly plan in the app. Without a subscription your studio becomes read-only: appointments, clients, documents and payments stay available and you can still collect what you are owed, but you cannot add clients, projects or appointments.
How do I keep the founder price?
It is for the first 100 subscribed studios and stays yours as long as your subscription does not stop.
How do I cancel?
In your Apple or Google account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Why pay through the App Store or Google Play?
Because needlz is an app: you take out and manage the subscription in your phone’s store, like your other subscriptions.
