Method and limits
The calculation is session price × percentage ÷ 100. The percentage is limited to 0–100, so the calculated deposit cannot exceed the session price. The tool does not determine whether your cancellation terms apply.
A worked example
For a €360 session at 30%, the deposit is €108 and the balance is €252. Explain what happens if the client cancels or reschedules before they pay. Amounts in this tool are shown in euros.
